RadiatorNow.com Case Study Highlights Multi-Channel Ecommerce Growth With Sevilla Local Media

SLM NEWSROOM

October 11, 2026 — Sevilla Local Media announced a new client case-study release highlighting its 2026 SEO, paid-media and ecommerce-growth work with RadiatorNow.com, an automotive ecommerce business serving customers nationally.

The engagement began with SEO/AEO and website optimization, then expanded into hands-on Google Ads management, Shopping and Performance Max work, conversion-tracking cleanup, off-site visibility, national citation development, bilingual expansion and ongoing ecommerce-growth support.

From Near-Zero Tracked Organic Visibility

The March 2026 baseline documented 0% tracked organic visibility, estimated tracked traffic of zero and none of 14 tracked keywords ranking in the Top 100. During April and May, SLM worked on non-product pages, indexing and site structure while rebuilding and actively managing Shopping, Performance Max and Search campaigns, audiences, goals and tracking.

120-Day Store-Level Reporting

For the 120-day reporting period ending August 24, 2026, store reporting documented $504,137 in total sales and 3,270 orders, representing a 23% increase in orders versus the preceding 120-day period. Shopify channel attribution reported $423,209 in marketing-attributed sales, including $355,486 attributed to Google paid traffic, $21,079 attributed to Google organic search and $21,901 in order value attributed in the report to ChatGPT.com referral traffic.

Sevilla Local Media intentionally does not publish inflated early ROAS figures from periods when conversion tracking had known configuration problems. The public case study relies instead on later reconciled store-level reporting and clearly distinguishes platform attribution from proof of causation.

National and Bilingual Expansion

During June and July, the program expanded off-site visibility and national citations, followed by parallel English- and Spanish-language presence-building and campaign support. Ecommerce-growth work also included product/collection strategy and new automotive segment support.

Additional Scaling Headroom

In a September 1-14 review, Google account support identified 419 additional conversions lost to bid and budget constraints, indicating demand that could potentially be captured with additional budget and bidding headroom.

What the Case Study Demonstrates

The project demonstrates how a locally managed client relationship can support national ecommerce growth through coordinated SEO, Google Ads, tracking, off-site visibility and continuous optimization.

Channel attribution reflects how the reporting platforms classified transactions and does not prove that any single marketing tactic caused every sale.
