How it works
- Create a project. Enter the domain, location, language, device, depth and available search engines.
- Add keywords and competitors. Stored-keyword and competitor limits depend on the plan.
- Review the run. The dashboard calculates the keyword/search-engine task count and SERP-credit requirement.
- Start the run manually. No scheduled or background run is created.
- Collect and compare results. The dashboard stores current rank, ranking URL and prior-run movement.
- Export reports. Standard reports carry SLM branding; custom report branding is available on qualifying higher-tier subscriptions.

Monthly subscription options: Basic $9.99, Starter $28.50, Business $58.50, Pro $103.50, and Agency $193.50. There is no public free plan. Search-engine coverage, keyword capacity, refresh credits and permitted run combinations depend on the selected tier and are confirmed before billing. New subscription enrollment is currently closed. Why manual-only tracking?
Many campaigns do not need every keyword refreshed every day. Manual refreshes let you spend ranking credits when the data is useful: before a client meeting, after an optimization change, during a launch, after publishing new content or when checking a competitive movement.
Reports for businesses and agencies
Standard reports identify Sevilla Rank Tracker™ by Sevilla Local Media. Qualifying higher-tier subscriptions will include custom report branding for authorized client reporting. Ranking data remains observational and can change with location, device, timing and search-engine conditions.
Important methodology note
A stored keyword is not the same as a refresh credit. One SERP credit represents one requested block of up to 10 organic search results for one keyword on one search engine. Deeper checks and additional search engines consume additional credits. Competitor positions derived from that same purchased result do not consume a second credit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Rank Tracker run automatically?
No. Retail ranking runs are initiated manually by an authenticated user. There are no daily or weekly Rank Tracker cron scans.
Can I track Google, Bing and Yahoo?
Google, Bing and Yahoo organic results are the intended ranking sources, subject to the engines included in an approved account. Google Maps and other local-pack data are not included in the organic-only service description. Service availability is confirmed before a subscription is offered.
Can I track competitors?
Paid plans include competitor slots. When a competitor position can be derived from the same returned search-result data, it does not create an additional refresh charge.
Can I white-label reports?
Standard reports identify Sevilla Local Media. Agency applicants may request information about custom-branded reports when their account and selected service are reviewed.
Does Rank Tracker guarantee rankings or traffic?
No. Rankings are snapshots of search-result data and can vary by search engine, location, language, device, timing, depth and other conditions.
