Sevilla Local Media (“SLM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SevillaLocalMedia.com and related SLM tools, directories, forms, marketing resources and services. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business address, website URL, account information, listing information, press-release materials, job or classified-submission information, marketing goals, uploaded content and other information you choose to submit.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, analytics events, security logs and interactions with site features.
Public business information and user-submitted content
Information submitted for a public business listing, press release, job posting, classified advertisement, article or similar publication may be displayed publicly. Where a business expressly authorizes SLM Directory Network distribution, approved public business information may also be distributed across eligible SLM network sites. Do not submit information for public publication that you are not authorized to publish.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, create and manage accounts, process business listings and claims, review and publish approved content, fulfill paid orders, provide customer support, send transactional communications, improve website performance, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce site rules, comply with law and protect users, SLM and third parties.
Payments
Payments for certain SLM services are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. SLM may receive transaction identifiers, payer contact information, payment status, amount and related order information. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers through the SLM website when payment is completed through a third-party processor.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
The site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics, advertising measurement and content features. Third-party services may set or read their own cookies subject to their policies. Where a consent or privacy-preference tool is presented, you can use it to manage non-essential categories that the tool supports.

Commercial communications
Transactional messages may be sent when necessary to complete a request, order, account action or service. Marketing email recipients may opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications.
Children
The site and SLM business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through our business-service forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.

The site may contain links to or embedded content from third parties. SLM does not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current posted version.
