Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to online orders placed directly through SevillaLocalMedia.com unless a signed proposal, invoice, statement of work or other written customer agreement provides different terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not waived.
One-time and annual-plan payments
Online payments are processed through the payment method shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that billing is recurring, payment for an annual plan or service is a one-time payment for the stated term or deliverable. Displaying a renewal price does not by itself authorize SLM to charge a future renewal automatically.
Managed marketing services
SEO, advertising management, website work, content, consulting and other managed services are governed primarily by the applicable proposal or invoice. Fees attributable to work already performed, committed media, third-party expenses or nonrecoverable vendor charges are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Business-directory plans
A paid directory plan is activated after payment verification and review. If an accidental duplicate payment or unauthorized charge is reported, contact SLM promptly so the transaction can be investigated. Requests involving cancellation after paid placement or promotional work has begun are evaluated based on work already delivered and any applicable written order terms.
Press-release and publicity orders
Press-release orders are subject to editorial review. If writing, editing, publication, syndication or third-party distribution work has already begun, amounts attributable to completed work or nonrecoverable third-party costs may not be refundable. If SLM declines an order before fulfillment, SLM will address the unused portion of the order consistent with the applicable order terms and law.
URL-submission services
Because URL-submission services are digital actions performed after payment verification, a completed submission is generally not reversible. Search-engine crawling, indexing and ranking are not guaranteed.
How to request cancellation or review a charge
Email contact@sevillalocalmedia.com with the order or invoice information and a clear description of the request. We may require verification before discussing an account or payment.
